No, we do not recommend to use/take essential oils internally.

Put a few drops of essential oil in your diffuser fill it up with water, turn it on, and you will feel its healing or stress realising benefits within minutes. Electronic diffusers are designed to disperse a super fine mist of the mixture of water and drops of essential oils. 4-8 drops in one tablespoonful of honey, milk, cream or vegetable oil and then into a water. Adding essential oils to your bath is an amazing way to take a relaxing time-out during your busy day. Buy a box of simple Epsom salt as the base for your essential oils because if you just drop the oils into the water, they will not dissolve as nicely as they do when first mixed into the salt.
